If you have small students with problems, you need to follow a different path to del with them. Because when you try to ignore these students in class, the situation gets worse and the problematic kids may go wilder. So what I have learned so far is to show tthem how much you love them. Because they need love above all.

What I have learnt is when you use your computer skills in searching for a different and interesting subject for your students, you explore more. And when you explore more, you get more excited about teaching with new and different materials. You also improve your skills with the new methods and exercises.
